What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit. In the event of visible damage (pictures required / damage submission is subject to approval), we will refund you with the cost of item via paypal. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note - some items are limited edition. If the item you are replacing has sold out (in the event you'd like to replace the item rather than receive a refund), you will receive a refund via paypal as described above.

Wedding invitations: As with all of our products, we take great care in shipping items. Wedding invitations include a 50% non-refundable deposit. Which means refunds received will only be given from 50% of the full cost of invitations should they be damaged in transit. Customer must also return damaged wedding invitations to receive any refund due to transit damage.

No refunds will be issued after 60 days from the date the order was placed.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we do!

While we will ship all items with the appropriate customs/import forms as advised by USPS, we are not responsible for any items that are held up by customs of any country we send to. Please note that any item shipped internationally has a chance of being held by your customs office until an additional import duties/tax is paid by you, the buyer. This does not always happen, but it is something to keep in mind when placing an international order. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges incurred or the additional delivery time it takes to retrieve the item from customs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items except wedding invitations:
Order processing may take 2-3 days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and shipping option chosen. Expect anywhere up to 14 business days (more than likely less) for delivery once you've placed your order.

US Domestic Shipping:
CDs and Cards are sent via USPS First Class.
Posters are sent via USPS Priority.

Everywhere Else:
All items are shipped USPS First Class International.
International orders can expect longer delivery times.

How do you ship your products?

CDs: Via USPS in a corrugated mailer.
Posters: Via USPS in a poster tube.
Wedding invitations: Via USPS unless buyer would like to upgrade shipping.
